Victor Fong
An unofficial visit to The Nautical Institute headquarters was made on 28th February 2012 by Victor FONG, a Student/Seagoing committee member of The Nautical Institute Hong Kong branch.
Victor is now serving as a Deck Cadet aboard M.V. OOCL NAGOYA. He went to visit The Nautical Institute headquarters at Lambeth Road, London when his vessel called at Southampton recently. As a representative of the Hong Kong branch, he sent best regards to all personnel at headquarters.
